You as a Front Offce Employee
As a Front Office Assistant, you are the face of the hotel: our guests see you first. You speak to them kindly in person and/or on the phone. You are responsible for checking in and out and for assigning rooms. You ensure excellent service and guest experience. Your tasks also include wake-up service, laundry service, providing tourist information, making restaurant reservations and light administrative duties. This is an employment in alternating shifts.

- Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably you are in the process of studying tourism
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- Living in the vicinity of the hotel or in possession of a driving licence
