As (Assistant) Party Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of various events within Hotel de Werelt.


You as (Assistant) Party Coordinator
As (Assistant) Party Coördinator, you have final responsibility for the execution of various events. You are hét point of contact for the client during the event and know perfectly how to translate the script drawn up by sales to the work floor. You manage the team of employees, know how to solve problems proactively and also handle the party well administratively.
In short, you are the controller who leads the event and ensures that the client looks back with a very satisfied feeling afterwards.

You have an innate talent for hospitality and know how to exceed client expectations every time!
- You have a completed MBO/HBO education & at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- You have experience and have worked for a wide variety of clients
- You have a strong sense of responsibility & abilities to lead
- You hold a driving licence, are flexible in terms of working hours and have a Social Hygiene certificate or are willing to obtain one .
